Vision Statement

Annam Hospitality is working towards becoming a leader in the Hospitality industry for corporate and leisure travellers with boutique hotels in all major cities in Australia and international affiliates in all 5 continents.

Boutique is a french word for small specialist upscale shop, as opposed to a large department store. This definition has been adopted in the hotel industry to describe those hotels that are not part of large chain with standardized features and looks. In fact a boutique hotel must be unique in its style, decor and character and are usually small in size. Boutique hotels are popping up in more and more destinations and it is probably the most important phenomenon in the hotel industry since the establishment of franchise hotel chains (Howard Johnson and Holiday Inn being the pioneers) back in the 50's and 60's.

Annam Hospitality mission will be clearly identifying our areas of operations in each city and then focusing on them. We will be looking at new developments and existing independant hotels who would like to join our Annam brand.

Our main strategy is to license our brand and systems to create a Global brand together. This will be the driving force behind the growth of the Annam Suites and all our licensees.

We deliver an experience that delights our customers, inspires our people and astounds our competitors. We call this “The Annam Experience”. The purpose of Annam Hospitality is to improve the Lifestyle of all our customers, staff and shareholders, build the brands, help other developers and landlords to keep and/or sell their rooms faster at good rates and help making above average returns.

Our success can be attributed to our entrepreneurial spirit and our commitment to continuously improve our business systems. These are being nurtured and developing powerful strategic partnerships which will place us in the forefront of the hospitality sector.
